Kanyon was Sie wissen sollten.
Kanyon opened on 6 June 2006 on Büyükdere Caddesi in the Levent central business district. Designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architects with Jerde Partnership, it is an open-air, four-level mixed-use development built around a curving 'canyon' that snakes between the offices of Eczacıbaşı and İş Bank. The complex includes a 26-floor office tower, a 22-floor residential block with 179 apartments and a 37,500 m² retail spine — an architecture-driven concept that has won multiple international urban design awards.
Kanyon's 160 tenants lean lifestyle and contemporary: Harvey Nichols anchors the upper levels, with Mango, Massimo Dutti, Karl Lagerfeld, Polo Ralph Lauren, MAC, Apple authorized resellers and a curated set of Turkish designers including Vakko and Beymen Club. Dining is a strong point with Big Chefs, Mukka Espresso, Saint Tropez, Midpoint and the long-running Kanyon Cinema, the city's go-to art-house multiplex. The open-air central court hosts summer concerts and design fairs.
Kanyon is the easiest luxury mall to reach by public transport in Istanbul: the M2 metro's Levent station has a direct underground exit into the mall basement. IETT bus lines 25T, 28T, 41ST and 559C stop at the door. The car park has 2,500 spaces with the first hour free for Kanyon Club members. From Taksim the taxi is 15 minutes; from Sabiha Gökçen Airport count on 50 minutes via the Bosphorus Bridge.
