Marmara Forum opened in 2011 in Bakırköy on the Çobançeşme Koşuyolu Boulevard, developed by Multi Turkmall as part of the Forum brand. The 495,000 m² mixed-use site includes the mall, residences and offices, with around 135,000 m² of gross leasable area on five levels. The architectural concept emphasizes broad atriums, natural light from a long skylight running the building's length, and easy circulation between the food court, cinema and hypermarket — a layout aimed squarely at weekend family visits.

About 300 stores cover the full mainstream spectrum: Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Massimo Dutti, Mango, Lacoste, Network, GAP, LC Waikiki, Koton, Boyner, YKM, D&R, Decathlon, Bauhaus, Saturn and Teknosa. The CarrefourSA hypermarket spans 13,000 m². Entertainment is anchored by a 16-screen Cinemaximum — at launch the largest in Turkey — plus Play Bowling and a food court with around 60 brands serving Turkish and international fast food.

Marmara Forum is one of the most transit-rich malls on the European side: Marmaray's Bakırköy station is two metro stops away, and the M1A/M1B metro at Bakırköy-İncirli is a short bus or taxi away. Metrobus stops at İncirli, a five-minute walk. IETT lines 73, 76D, 81 and many regional buses stop at the door. By taxi count on 20 minutes from Taksim and 15 minutes from Istanbul's old Atatürk Airport area. Free parking holds about 3,000 vehicles.
