Tepe Nautilus opened in September 2002 in the Acıbadem quarter of Kadıköy as one of the first modern shopping malls on Istanbul's Asian side. Developed by Tepe Group, it remains a well-located neighborhood center with three retail floors, a curved glass facade visible from the D-100 highway, and direct connections to the surrounding residential blocks of Acıbadem. A renovation in the late 2010s refreshed the interiors and food court while retaining the original architectural profile.

Tepe Nautilus houses around 130 stores plus a department store and a CarrefourSA hypermarket. The tenant mix is broad mainstream rather than luxury: LC Waikiki, Koton, Mavi, Lacoste, Marks & Spencer, Decathlon, Teknosa and a long line of Turkish brands. Dining is centered on a 16-restaurant food court with Starbucks, Burger King and Turkish casual concepts, while entertainment is handled by Paribu Cineverse and a children's play area. It is a favorite weekday stop for office workers from the surrounding Kozyatağı and Acıbadem corridors.

Tepe Nautilus sits directly above Acıbadem station on the M4 Kadıköy–Sabiha Gökçen metro line, with an underground passage into the mall. Marmaray is accessible via a short bus or taxi transfer from Söğütlüçeşme. IETT lines 8, 14, 16D, 17 and many municipal services pass the front door. By taxi count on 10 minutes from Kadıköy, 25 minutes from Taksim via the bridge and 25 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Paid parking holds about 1,200 vehicles.
