Уотергарден Истанбул что важно знать.
Watergarden Istanbul opened in 2016 in the Ataşehir financial district, conceived from the start as a lifestyle and gastronomy destination rather than a conventional mall. Approximately 150,000 m² of gross leasable area spreads across two levels around a 5,000 m² central pool. The pool is the centerpiece: a choreographed dancing-fountain show with synchronized water jets, lasers, fire columns and live music draws crowds every evening. Outdoor restaurant terraces ring the amphitheater, giving the project its open-air, resort-like feel.
Watergarden hosts more than 200 stores and venues. The tenant split is roughly 40% fashion (Mavi, LC Waikiki, Yves Rocher, Boyner Sports, Koton), 30% food & beverage (Big Chefs, Çiya Sofrası, Topaz, several rooftop sushi and steak concepts), 15% home and electronics, and 15% entertainment including a Cinemaximum multiplex, a large bowling and arcade zone, and seasonal pop-up events. The late-night dining keeps the pool plaza lively long after the shops close at 22:00.
Watergarden sits next to the M4 metro Batı Ataşehir station (≈600 m) and is on the Metrobus corridor at Şile Otoyolu, with the Uzunçayır station a short taxi ride away. IETT lines 19V, 19M, 14A and many municipal services stop at the mall. By car it is one minute from the O-2 motorway. From Taksim count on 25 minutes by taxi via the 15 July Martyrs Bridge; from Sabiha Gökçen 20 minutes. Paid parking holds about 3,200 vehicles.
