Emaar Square Mall bilmeniz gerekenler.
Emaar Square Mall opened in 2017 as the retail anchor of Emaar Square Istanbul, the UAE-based Emaar Properties' flagship Turkish development beneath Çamlıca Hill. The 600,000 m² master plan combines residences, the Address Istanbul hotel, offices, and a marbled retail wing of around 150,000 m² of leasable space. Architecturally it leans Gulf-luxury: a tall central atrium clad in stone and brass, generous corridors, and panoramic terraces that took advantage of one of the highest mall locations on the Asian side.
About 175 stores include Turkey's only Galeries Lafayette flagship, alongside Gucci, Cartier, Hermès accessories, Tory Burch, Burberry, Coach, Apple authorized resellers, Sephora, Watsons, English Home and Ebebek. Family entertainment is a key differentiator: Emaar Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, a 4DX cinema and the rooftop observation deck (opened 2018) offering Bosphorus and Çamlıca views. Dining ranges from Eataly-style food halls to fine-dining concepts on the upper level.
Emaar Square Mall has its own metro station on the M5 Üsküdar–Çekmeköy line, named 'Ünalan/Emaar Square,' with a direct underground entrance. Marmaray connects via Üsküdar + M5 transfer in about 15 minutes. IETT lines 11Ü, 11Ç, 14Ü and several minibuses stop at the door. By taxi count on 20 minutes from Kadıköy, 30 minutes from Taksim and 25 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen. Paid underground parking holds approximately 5,000 vehicles.
