Belbim machines in arrivals halls. Cash + card accepted. Take card + receipt — load ₺100-200 to start.
Metro stations
Yellow Belbim vending machines at every entrance. Card icon clearly marked. TR/EN/AR menus.
Licensed kiosks
Small shops near metro/ferry stops marked "İstanbulkart" or "Akıllı Bilet". Slight markup possible.
İETT bus stops
Some bus stop kiosks sell + top up. Less reliable hours.
